Meeting Room

Our meeting room with a large conference table is perfect for a group with up to 12 guests.
The picture windows and rustic stone working fireplace make this a unique and comfortable space.

Wadds Lounge
(Room Dimensions: 32′ x 43′)
Situated above the conference center in the Riverside Lodge, Wadds Lounge includes a stone fireplace, large windows, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and large-screen TV. The cedar deck overlooking the river extends the event space into nature’s backyard. Should your group require all 30 guestrooms in the Riverside Lodge, options for dinner and dance, private hospitality suite, and other functions for up to 120 are possible.

The Riverside Dining Room

The restaurant/bar of Liscombe Lodge can be utilized as a private meeting and/or dining space, depending on the season and size of the group. With more than 1,500 sq ft of space, we can  configure it to accommodate groups of 120 people.  We also offer an exclusive dining space in our small dining room, which seats up to 30 people. Some restrictions and provisions will apply.

Hospitality House
Originally the Manager’s residence, this cozy home with a full kitchen is the perfect location to host a private gathering or hospitality suite. The house has a working fireplace, plenty of space to mingle or team build, and a screened back porch to provide a great retreat on a hot summer night. This three bedroom cottage is also very popular with families.

Additional Options
We have additional rooms that can be used for hospitality suites or break out rooms. Our experienced Event Coordinators and creative resort staff will work with you to create and execute the perfect event.
