Guests who are under the age of 6 are eligible for our Kids-Eat-Free program. Our guests from 6-10 years old can order from the kids menu. At least one adult entrée must be ordered.
The kitchen and dining room staff did an excellent job of providing our group of close to a hundred with sumptuous meals. We had a fun filled weekend in a beautiful setting and all of us will be back.
I hosted a Women's Wellness Weekend at Liscombe Lodge in October 2021. We had 40 ladies and we had a blast! Stacy and the staff went over and above in every way possible! Food was great, accommodations and property were awesome. I can't wait to come back!

Riverside Dining Room
Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our Riverside Dining Room at Liscombe Lodge Resort and Conference Centre, with seating for up to 120 guests. Traditional Maritime feasts are prepared by our Executive Chef. A variety of fresh-from-the-wharf Nova Scotia seafood, as well as local produce is featured in our menu offerings.
A perfect complement to the exquisite fare, the ambiance at the Riverside Dining Room is inspiring and entertaining. Dine by our floor-to-ceiling windows where you can observe the birds that frequent the feeders on the banks of the Liscomb River.The Riverside Dining Room requires reservations for dinner.

Executive Chef, Mark B, is originally from Oxford, England, where he began his career at Brasenose College as an apprentice chef. He studied at City of Oxford College, and it was there that he gained Red Seal and Guilds papers. After working many years in some of Oxford's fine colleges and participating in culinary competitions, he then broadened his culinary career in hotels and restaurants working his way through the ranks.
Herb and Mushroom Gardens, cooking with Fresh Ingredients
As soon as the Lodge was wrapping up the 2020 season, Chef Mark was starting work on the bigger and better garden for your culinary experience at Liscombe Lodge.
Our herb garden is producing a variety of herbs, from 3 types of mint to oregano, dill, chives, garlic and more. The vegetable garden is producing carrots, tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, swiss chard, beans, peas, cucumbers and radishes.
Our mushroom garden project is a chance to get out of the kitchen and work with nature and its elements to achieve something different and exciting for adults and kids to see, as well as learning and growing my skills as a Chef.
We encourage you to visit and explore our gardens to see the variety of fresh garden delights growing today that could possibility be part of your chef's culinary dish tonight.
In 2011, Chef Berridge along with his wife and two young children moved to Nova Scotia to begin a new adventure.
Chef Berridge is excited to be joining Liscombe Lodge as the new Executive Chef.
